Parallel Sets visualize categorical co-occurrence across several dimensions as flowing ribbons between parallel category bars. The categorical sibling of parallel coordinates.
What it does

Why use it
When every dimension is categorical, scatter and parallel coordinates don’t apply. Parallel sets do.
